There's nothing on the GSN site about a new date.

GSN showed one episode as a preview several months ago, back in September or maybe even August.  The first season format was bad.  The format used for the second season preview show was even worse.  Maybe GSN knew it had a dog and decided to put it out of its misery early on, like they did with Lie Detectors.

Wait a minute--you gave the date and then said "nothing on the GSN site about a new date"? Which is it?

Watching the show I recall hearing that a pilot for Wits & Wagers with Felicia Day as host was either shot on in the works. There were no ways that Winsanity was qualitatively better than W&W, other than the themed rounds--GSN would have done better to jump on the original article.

(To clarify: from what I recall the pilot was shopped for syndication around the time that Celebrity Name Game was on the air. The W&W pilot was not done specifically for GSN, but wow would that fit in with what they've got now.)

To his defense, his original post was on November 2, and he posted on the 28th that there was nothing about a new date.

Thank you Aaron.

GSN has Winsanity listed, but only offers a brief explanation of the format, past clips and Donald Faison's bio. Nothing about a premiere date at all.
