But this was actually a regular song ("Keep the Ball Rollin'" by Al Hirt), so that might not count.
Speaking of Al Hirt, his song Sugar Lips was the theme to Eye Guess. I haven't heard the song in years, but I think the lyrics were simply "Sugar lips", said over and over...
"I just wanna give a shoutout to my homies in their late-30s who are watching this on Paramount+ right now, cause they couldn't stay up late enough to watch it live!"

Now celebrating his 21st season on GSF!

Whoa, looks like there are more out there than I thought.  Perhaps I should rephrase it to "not all that many... compared to the total number of themes/cues out there".

Cue the infamous "Klunk" music from The New Treasure Hunt show.  (Hey, wait a minute!)

What's that, you mean most production music is instrumental? Bring forth my fainting couch!

Pretty much every 90's show in Italy.  Some had an intro song for every single round.

Minute To Win It in its later NBC episodes, The Million Second Quiz using "All Night" by Icona Pop, Hip Hop Squares, What Would You Do?, and Click, if repeating "click, click" over and over counts, all have lyrics.

IIRC, the 1996 season of the The Dating Game had very faint lyrics in the background.

Does The Newlywed Game count? Wasn't that theme based on another song with actual lyrics?

The Book of Love, in fact.
That was the Paul Rodriguez season, but I forgot about that. I was thinking of a song called Palisades Park, which I think was written by Chuck Barris, thus leading to him being able to use it.
