No more Vanna? (Fake News)
« on: April 26, 2017, 09:11:53 AM »
People Magazine is reporting this morning that Vanna White is leaving WOF at the end of the current season to promote a skincare line.

Article reads a lot like an advertisement, seems dubious.

edit:  Removed link.  This is fake news.

Lovely -- even People Magazine is buying into fake news.  Removed link to not give them any further clicks.

That was short lived -- People has killed the link.

Considering filming for the current season wrapped a few weeks ago she could easily have done a campaign before rejoining production for season 35.

But why let facts get in the way of a good click bait

Did it actually say she was leaving or did you misinterpret it as such?

It actually said she was leaving...quoted Bob Cisneros, cited a conflict of interest in her current contract (which seemed fishy), etc.  Then went into great detail about the skincare product (which also seemed fishy).  Made for good click-bait the 15 minutes or so it was up.

Yeah, like she's going to give up a multi million dollar gig that requires her to work 40 days a year to focus on skincare products.
Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS
