$25k Pyramid first

Dick made mention of a first on the show that pertains to my signature line:

The contestant who uncovered the 7-11 card opted to play for $50 a point and won $350. Yay.

Something else out of the ordinary happened on yesterday's show.

Betty White won $10K for a contestant by receiving the clues. I don't recall ever seeing Betty receive before.

Also of note in this particular episode - in the second round, the contestant chose the 'Mystery 7' category, but the words played were for another category on the board.

Well, the category was a mystery, wasn't it?  ;-)

It was interesting watching Dick work around the problem - I don't think they showed the category board the remainder of the round.

That episode is definitely a keeper.
