Winsanity episode on Oct. 6

An interesting episode on GSN's Winsanity that aired on 10/6. Nobody got any of the lists right, so no prizes were given away.

Well, that's one way to come in under budget. Not a big fan, too much shaky-cam for my taste.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

The show went from twice a week down to one episode, and the episode listed tonight was replaced by Family Feud.

I only caught it once, and while the core idea is mildly engaging, it's not particularly original and works better as one part of a larger game.  And the idea that a handful of audience members might win exactly the same prize as the person playing just struck me as odd, and made the prizes seem not particularly important or valuable.  Also, despite being a huge fan of Scrubs, I did not like Faison in this at all.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
Stay tuned for all the obsessive-compulsive fun of Words Have Meanings.

I like the game concept, but the show as delivered moves too slow.  They fill the time with a lot of fancy camera shots and happy talk.  Unfortunately Faison, in my opinion, is only average at best at keeping the happy talk interesting.  Which makes the show feel slow.

First time I saw Winsanity I thought to myself, "cut the Red Bull, get Bill Cullen to host, make it a competition between two players and it's got at least 13 weeks in the 70s".  It's got a good game but wayyyy to much chrome.
When you're at the grocery game and you hear the beep, think of all the fun you could have at "Crazy Rachel's Checkout Counter!"
