....and you don't need to even live near an affiliate.

This is a Canadian station that, as of September 12, will be broadcasting BUZZR in the evening hours. You can stream from their website via computer or phone, with no authentication required, as I tried it on my phone and it worked (with my proxy on). I then tried on my computer, and it wouldn't load, proxy or no proxy, so I'm not sure if a proxy is required. But, a good alternative if you have no other way, coming this fall.

How bout that?
I suppose you can still learn stuff on TLC, though it would be more in the Goofus & Gallant sense, that is (don't do what these parents did)"- Travis Eberle, 2012

I find it interesting that the description mentions O'Hurley Feud and Price is Right...two shows that have never aired on Buzzr.

While I'm 99% sure they're not actually gonna air there, it'd be neat if TPIR actually did find its way to Buzzr sometime.

Two things about this really surprise me.  One: It's legit (in that they're licensed by the CRTC and allowed to stream online as they are).  Two: As of this writing, they're airing first-run episodes of Wheel and J!.  Does that mark a first that those two have been available to watch in first-run online (legally)?
It was a golden age of daytime network television... Game Shows... Hosted by people who actually knew that the game was the star... And I wish it was still that way - both that game shows were on all morning and that they were hosted by actual game show hosts. - Bob Purse, Inches Per Second

I'm betting that's not going to last very long.

That's my concern, too. I'll enjoy it if the live stream holds this September, but won't be surprised if it goes away or limits programming.

According to what I'm seeing, they'll only have Buzzr programming on from 1AM-4AM. It could be a separate block of shows and not a simulcast of the US network though.

That they are classifying themselves as a religious channel might trump any expected geofencing. At any rate, it will be interesting to see where it goes....
