Feud (Karn) episodes

Does anyone know if we will ever see any episodes new to the first run slot of Karn's \"Feud\"?  When Karn took over, the show switched from our CBS affiliate which double-ran it to the FOX affiliate when single-ran it.  Back in March, the second run was added in late night, so I was able to pick up a few more episodes from that slot.

I have noticed that many of the episodes from the second run haven't reran in the first run slot?

Leavitt vs. Blanks
Chase vs. Blanks
Ortiz vs. Blanks
Tramel vs. Blanks

These are the ones I have noticed that ran in second run, but not first run.  Anyone know why?
