Easy as 1-2-3 music

In light of the thread about the \"lyrics\" to TPIR's \"Cliffhanger\" game, what's the name of the song that's used as the theme to \"Easy as 1-2-3\"?  It's a piece of classical music that I know I've heard elsewhere, but I don't know the name of it.

You've heard it elsewhere because it's just generic stock music.

Yep...in fact, way back in '96, I posted about hearing the Easy as 1-2-3 music in a commercial for the Easy Money coin sorter.
