Press your luck question
« on: December 18, 2014, 10:44:15 PM »
Are the episodes airing now around the time Rod was announced as the new TPIR announcer?

Did Peter mention anything on-air about Rod doing Price?
Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS

Pretty sure they did not.

I highly doubt Peter Tomarken would want to plug The Price is Right on Press Your Luck.  Though Bob Eubanks did plug his new show Card Sharks on The Price is Right, but I highly doubt there was any mention of Card Sharks during the week that transitioned into 1986 on Press Your Luck.  We'll find out if there was any mention of Card Sharks late in this Wednesday's marathon of Press Your Luck.

I think plugging a Mark Goodson production is only done on other Mark Goodson shows that aired on the same network.
I am developing classic game show PC games.
If you'd like to find out information about them, PM me anytime.

Given that he didn't own Press Your Luck, would Peter have had anything to do with such a decision?

Hells to the no, he would not have.
