I'm surprised no one has mentioned the flub statement in the credits, as of yet.

I didn't notice anything. What happened?

I don't know if this is what he means, but I noticed that Adam Sandler was listed as producer and director.

Finally got around to seeing it online. Craig's hosting style definitely reminded me of Bob Hastings on Dealer's Choice. Not that it is a bad thing or anything. It definitely had me laughing, and was perfect for this special episode.

No, there was a disclaimer about some screwup during game play.  I noticed it, but didn't really pay attention to what it said.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.

They botched the price of one of the prizes in the loser's showcase, but it didn't impact the outcome.  So said the statement.

Do we know it was the loser's showcase?  It looked to me like they were just saying they'd screwed something up without specifying what.

I think the error may have been on the computer description in the winner's showcase.  Basically the botch job we've seen before where the description does not match the computer on the screen.  I'm sticking my neck out on this because I happen to be typing on a monitor of same brand and similar model to what is shown on the screen, and the size of the keyboard versus the size of the screen makes me think that they had a 21.5" model on stage instead of a 23" model.

But since the contestant won, and would have won only one showcase regardless, they get to file that under "harmless error".

Ah, but it's a "23-inch-class" model so it's ok. :P

The humor is appreciated.  But I'll play "Captain Oblivious" and point out that Acer does distinguish between its screen sizes better than that.

Craig did a pretty good job hosting TPIR. If Drew decides to hang it up, CBS has a possible replacement for him without going through the "dog and pony show" of auditioning  different hosts.

Anyone think Shadoe was channelling Rod with that suit?

Yes, absolutely. I really noticed it in the closing credits.

Yeah, you would think it was like he's done it for a year or two.

Having him as the announcer for Bergeron Squares was a terrific call; I was irked when he was replaced with Jeffrey Tambor. Great as George Bluth, lousy copy-reader.

Sorry but I had never heard him announce anything before, I have had no chance to being in the UK. Only people I can compare him to are Johnny Olson, Rod Roddy and Rich Fields.
