Okay, that\'s still a plenty impressive number.

But I urge you to make a Kindle version available at some point down the road. Some of us don\'t buy physical books anymore, full-stop.

I don\'t own a Kindle, I apologize if it\'s a stupid question...There\'s a PDF version for sale at the link, can a Kindle not handle that?

Yes, a Kindle can read PDF files, but a) I won\'t even call it a mediocre experience, let alone a good one, and b) $33 is WAY too much to be asking for a digital document in an industry where Apple opened up antitrust cans of worms by engineering a price hike from $10 to $15 for new books from major authors, in a digital format that is much better for the reader.

.... having actually heard a few of the anecdotes from the book dictated by Adam, himself....

.... do yourselves a favor and buy this book. It\'s now because of some of those anecdotes that I truly look up to who I now call Bill \"Effing\" Cullen. Yes, he was the man.

Isn\'t it ironic that you can\'t really kindle a fire with a kindle but you can with paper? I\'m old-fashioned. I like books that are printed on paper.

Regarding a kindle version, one of my relatives has poor eyesight. She used to listen to books on tape and CD; now she relies on the kindle.

The audience and the need are out there.

Adam, congrats. In following your FB posts, I know it\'s been a long road for you, but well worth the effort I\'m sure!

I do second the Kindle suggestion...to me, it\'s just a matter of convenience, even though I\'m a bit of a purist.
