Who announced "Body Language" after Johnny Olsen passed away? I don't remember who took over.

I know that Bob Hilton was one of the announcers who took over for Johnny O on Body Language[/b] after his death. I believe Gene Wood may have announced as well.

Well, let's also keep in mind that Body Language wasn't on for much longer after Johnny O passed away. The show was canceled sometime in early 1986. Bob Hilton announced the first few shows after Johnny's passing, and Gene Wood announced the remaining episodes.

Actually, in terms of taping, BL never lived to see 1986. The series finale aired on January 3, 1986; the copyright date was still 1985. BTW, Gene announced the final week.

Thanks guys for the response. That was a fun show. I believe it was also the last original series from Mark Goodson Productions. Everything else after that was just a remake of past programs. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Blockbusters??? I don't think that is right. The original Blockbusters made it's debut in 1982. Bill Rafferty's version was a remake so that doesn't count. Looking for last original series from Goodson. I consider a series with a totally different name as "New", even if it is based on a previous format. Therefore any remakes with the original name such as Family Feud and Classic Concentration would not count as "New".

I'm thinking Trivia Trap was Goodson's last original product. Everything else from that point was a remake of a previous format that I can think of.

Which I don't think is a really fair comparison, since the lone parallel between the two is that they are BOTH based on the parlor game of Charades. So is "Showoffs" a remake of "Pantomime Quiz"? I don't really so. I consider the two wholly seperate programs.
