That'd be nice, but they have to pay the bills somehow. If they need some infomercials to do it, so be it.

Having a GSN with some infomercials is better than no GSN.

The next question is, how many cable companies will decide to sell the hour for their own infomercials anyway?  (I didn't notice this until a DST time change resulted in the 3-4 AM block, which at the time was Feud PM and Monty Hall Beat the Clock, being replaced with infomercials until I let Comcast know what was going on.)
