There were/are 9AM viewers in the East getting the same-day show.  My area was one of those.  But yes - 9CT = 10ET.

KOVR since monday has aired 2 eps of TPIR from 9-11am, maybe they will be picking up LMAD for the 9 am hour.

Seattle/Tacoma:
I already posted the syndication times, but according to Zap2It listings, LMAD will run on KIRO at 2 pm. This marks the first time since 1985 that a network daytime game show besides TPIR will run on KIRO (even though KIRO was the longtime CBS affiliate, most CBS games were passed over to KCPQ except TPIR).

That's pretty interesting, considering that KOVR didn't air Guiding Light at all ever since it became a CBS affiliate in 1995 (and a CBS O&O in 2005).

For being an O&O, they're a pretty strange CBS affiliate. They air primetime from from 7 PM-10 PM, with an hour long 10 PM news, and Letterman at 11 PM.

There wasn't also a "live" GL feed for the West Coast at 5:00 Eastern?  Back when I was involved with the closed-captioning of the other three CBS soaps, circa 1997-98, they did have West Coast feeds for those shows (Y&R at 2:00, B&B at 3:30, ATWT at 4:00).  Of course, GL may well have been a special case due to the flexible start time.

I can't speak for CBS, but NBC has (I think) two overnight prefeeds of Days of our Lives, in addition to the four "live" feeds at 13:00 for each time zone (they label those feeds as "intended for, but not restricted to, [whatever TZ]-stations"). Of course, Days is NBC's only midday show, so the situation with CBS is probably a bit more complicated.

Philadelphia's WPVI chose not to clear some ABC programs back in the day, even after they became an O&O via station owner CapCities' purchase of the network.  While it's weird, it's definitely not impossible.

During my "live" closed-captioning days, NBC had early morning prefeeds of what was then their entire daytime lineup (Leeza, Sunset Beach, DOOL, Another World).  At the time, they were rerunning same-day episodes of Sunset Beach in the late-late-night hours, and the start times for both the rerun and the next episode were pretty close -- I wondered if any affiliate had screwed that up at some point.

Well, I'll tell you, Detroit is not exactly "that" screwed when it comes to syndicated DoND, as WWJ-TV appears to be broadcasting two episodes of it after The NFL Today on Sundays (duh) when it can't air a game in the 1pm slot.

I'm looking at the listings for September 7, and here is what the season looks like here in Erie, PA at the moment.  If there are any updates in the coming weeks, I'll post them.

WSEE 35 (CBS)-10am-DoND (Double run) 11am-TPIR 2pm-LMAD 7pm-WoF 7:30pm-J!
WFXP 66 (Fox)-2pm-Family Feud (Double) 3pm-Millionaire (Double)
WUAB 43 (MyNetworkTV, Cleveland)-8am-TP: America Plays reruns, Tuesday 8pm-5th Grader Tuesday 9pm-DoND (the latter two beginng 9/29)
Erie update:
Daytime DoND leaves the 10am timeslot on WSEE on 9/21, and is nowhere to be found outside of the MyNetworkTV airings.  Fifth Grader not picked up here for the second year in a row, just like DoND, will only be seen on WUAB here.  The second TPIR airing takes the 3pm spot until LMAD bows on 10/5.  And as Mike Klauss predicted, TP: AP on WUAB is a 2 week deal.  WOF and J! are staying on WSEE for now, but when their 6pm newscast moves to 7 (long story), the shows will move to 35's sister station, NBC affiliate WICU 12, which already airs a J! rerun at 5:30pm.
Another Erie update:
Fifth Grader now airing daily in a double run at 4pm on WFXP in a three hour block with Feud and Millionaire.  DoND is now a single run on WFXP at 2am.
