They canned Finn, right there it shows they have no clue what they are doing...lets ditch the REAL game show host for the HOT OR NOT GUY....good call!

Well, the show sucked big ones BEFORE this facelift, I couldn't see what they could do that would actually make me want to watch it.

Based on what I've read after the fact, seems I was right.

JD Roberto did host 2 \"real\" game shows prior to StYD, the first coupla years of the FL Lottery show Flamingo Fortune (ironic, since Pat Finn's now also hosting a lottery game, CA's The Big Spin) and Animal Planet's '00 entry You Lie Like a Dog.

Did they can Finn, or did FInn decide not to return in order to focus on his fledgling IN-Finn-Ity Production company(co-packager of the soon to be relegated to weekends NL's Funny Money)

I never thought I would say this, but I liked Pat Finns hosting skills better than JD Roberto. Especially in the bonus round, Pat would let the excitement build up before revealing the price.
