World Poker Tour promotion

The 6th season premiere of the World Poker Tour is coming up within the half hour.  Outside of on GSN, I have seen no promotion for it, in terms of either TV commercials or in print in either the local paper or its Sunday television listings magazine.  I see somewhat frequent local ads on TruTV for Bingo America, but not for GSN's big acquisition.

Surely GSN is doing some promotion to get the die-hard WPT viewers from The Travel Channel to the WPT's new home...right?  I can't see GSN spending a metric buttload of money on a big-name property only NOT to get viewers.

I snicker at the phrase "die-hard WPT viewers from The Travel Channel".

There's an ad at the bottom of some pages of the C*mc*st on-screen guide, at least in my area.

I'd check the casinos for the promotion, though, my contacts at Foxwoods, who have a strong relationship with WPT, and are none-too-pleased that the rights just went to GSN.

/I watch the Travel Channel more than GSN.

It seems silly to not promote outside of GSN.  How are people who don't like game shows gonna find out about it?
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

The TV Guide section of the newspaper?  Word of mouth?

I haven't seen any ratings or "viewers reached" numbers recently, so I wouldn't know if just physically being on GSN gives it more visibility than Travel.

I've seen WPT/GSN ads on other TV blogs and web sites--in fact, I know I've seen on them on tvbarn.com, where I provide Aaron with content--but right now the only TV ad I'm seeing with a cursory look at the site is a PBS ad for "Bill Moyers' Journal."
