Turntable, Door #1, Door #2

Contestants Row & audience

Door #3 isn't done yet, but it should look similar to 1 and 2, except it's a green background.

I'm getting a page not found...have they been pulled?

Looks like the link has changed, it's now here:

He added some new photos of what the Big Wheel would look like on the new set. Plus, there's renditions of what the new door strips on the green border can look like, when they turn various colors (yep, it's similar to WoF's current puzzle board border).

Nice Work, Brandon!

I'm really excited for this. Freemangle had a prime opportunity to blow up the franchise, and cooler heads prevailed. One point for them.

OMG.

Apparently Drew's done a good job, and the set looks nice...don't see how this show won't pull at least through Season 50.
When you're at the grocery game and you hear the beep, think of all the fun you could have at "Crazy Rachel's Checkout Counter!"

I even like the shapes on the curtains. The ones I pictured were much, much bigger.

And scarier.

Oh my damn. It's retro, yet current, without looking dated or kitschy. I'm guessing Bente designed this, if so, she completely GETS IT. I LOVE the audience curtains.

Interesting that they went for a more boxy turntable design instead of the pentagons, but damned if that's not awesome.

Well, now, let's remember that this is not an actual picture, this is some guy's rendering.

Which is not to say that it's not correct, especially considering his other work, but let's hold the comments about minute details until we actually see a PHYSICAL picture, hmm?

Very True...keep in mind, that from eyewitness reports, this is about as good as its going to get as for set pictures for now- and rumor has it that it's surprisingly acurate, especially the turntable.

I'm not saying you're wrong. I AM saying that Brandon's comment is not all that far removed from "OMG WHY DID THEY DO THAT OH NOES!!!" and I'm just trying to head off the "OH NOES!" at the pass until we have something concrete. Even as brilliant of a rendering as it is, it *is* still a rendering.

Well, I apologize for giving that impression. I do understand it's a rendering, but trust me that I'm not standing on a rooftop because of it. It was more observation than anything, but I see what you mean about it being a  rendering.

Nonono!! I didn't mean to imply that you did at all. :) I was just saying that that is where the slippery slope goes. It's all good. :)
