Here's a novel idea for GSN: The Network for Games.
Simucast Super Bowl XLI with CBS.  Instead of commercial breaks, infuse game shows during the breaks.  A Combs "Feud" here, a Narz "NYSI" there, heck, throw in some B&W goodies.
They are The Network for Games, it'd fit perfectly in the system.

/or Brian Billick's MGPM appearance.
//who got defeated by the Colts
///Colts = Super Bowl
////TTD '90 is now in my future (NOT nu nu nu.....)

My cable company is giving me a blank screen where GSN usually appears, so no NYSI for me :(. Let me know what happened.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

The NYSI end credits are squeezed. But for the rest of the show, ah, what a treat! Great seeing it again.
Considering what we do get, I can survive without being told that Love Of Life is next.

Great opening in-joke: when the name Now You See It appears on the board, the puzzle is filled with other words referring to Goodson-Todman shows: "Truth," "Line," "Password," "Tattle," "Price" and "Match."

What a great treat, another trip back in time for me.

We'll root together in the Eric Gordon grudge match tomorrow.

For those of you who don't follow college hoops, that won't make a lick of sense.

I was all set to watch this episode this morning but it turns out I had set my alarm for 3:25 PM, not AM.  Anything special about this ep. (other than it's the first one aired in years)?

Nothing particularly noteworthy about it that I could see, other than it was NYSI and therefore didn't suck. :)

The jackpot on this episode was $16,000, so I wonder if this one aired a few days before the lady on Jamie's site...she won $19,000 I believe.

Oh, and surprisingly GSN squished the credits for this AND WML? Usually they at least leave the B&W shows alone.

/Because, as we all know, it's always necessary to squish credits for your last show of the day!

If I was a betting man, I'd say early 1975.

There was also a $21,000 jackpot won sometime during NYSI's run.

I'm rendering it right now.  Either I'll stick it on YouTube or on my site.

EDIT:  After 3 re-recordings, there is an audio synch issue.  I will try one final time later tonight.

According to the episode itself the NYSI episode was displayed as "Taped Sept. 1974" and with the $16,000 bank, this episode was aired on Sept. 26, 1974.

When I went to Ian Wallis' NYSI episode list, he listed the episodes with the original airdates connecting the progressive jackpots, with October 31, 1974 had the $11,000 bank and November 1, 1974 had a $12,000 bank so the $17,000 win in the solo game was won on October 22, 1974.

Just finished watching it...great stuff. Narz is so much better than Henry (This is my first viewing of Narz.).
