Matt, you're exactly right about it being unacceptable, and I trust one of you mods will give him a talking to about that, but I wonder if it'll get through.

The correct answer, with all due respect, is that he merely got away with it at G-R for 3 years and counting. I can't as easily link to his current account, but his record at the old boards is linkable.

Regarding the G-R.net list: If I ever saw anyone more blissfully unaware of protocol, politeness or anything resembling rational thought, I can't remember.

He may lurk here but he won't be able to do much about it.  He's been the Isolation Booth since he was asked if he understood why his Pillsbury Bake-Off post was inappropriate and he refused to answer.

(Yes, Lemonjello is in there with him.  No, I don't know what they're doing together, if anything. ;-)

He's been given at least two talkings-to (talking-tos?) and informed that we can and will take other measures if necessary.

Now that we've taken this thread completely off track...

Here's one I'm surprised no one thought of (and it took a guy who was actually on the show in question to think of it)...

Don't know if this was said:

"Your 2 Minute Drill begins now."

Also, how exactly did Kenny Mayne's ever changing second round spiel to the trailing contestant go? Never nailed it down before Classic pulled the show.

I've got one  (hope to God I don't butcher this).

"The object for the players is to get three stars in a row either across, up and down or diagonally. It is up to them to decide whether the stars are giving correct answers or not. That's how they get the squares. First game is worth....." (HS).

You didn't butcher it (too much--more correct verbiage would be "It is up to [the player] to determine if the celebrity is giving a correct answer or making one up"), but that's hardly a catchphrase.  That's a full scale reading of the rules.

I actually started to post this myself Saturday morning until I realized Ken himself started this thread, so I felt kind of sheepish.  But yes, I think that's what they want as their catchphrase.  But I already have another one in mind: "I still have all my helps," the first contestant driven line I can think of since "Big bucks!  No whammies!"  Lord knows we heard it enough.
