Greed question on Living presidents
« on: December 30, 2006, 08:10:37 PM »
Tonight's Greed had the question"Including Clinton how many presidents are still living?"

Was this planned or just a coincidence?

If it was planned, someone in the programming offices at The Network For Games has a sickness.
Coincidence, of course. But not irony.

I think it's an ironic coincidence.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

When we originally taped the episode back in 1999, we purposely put this question on the episode, knowing that it would be rerun four days after the passing of Gerald Ford.  Yeah.

In addition, Press Your Luck the very next day of Ford's passing asked the question, "How many of our former presidents are still living?", and the answer is still correct, 3. Spooky, huh?

The sad part is that I have no reason to believe that the OP was anything but totally serious when he asked the original question.

I agree.

I would say something about passing the bar exam and being smart, but considering that I don't want to be made an example out of because of someone else's ignorance, I'll pass.
I suppose you can still learn stuff on TLC, though it would be more in the Goofus & Gallant sense, that is (don't do what these parents did)"- Travis Eberle, 2012
