Title: GSN Airs Hurricane Benefit

GSN will be airing live (a few places are doing this also) a Hurricane Katrina benefit concert on Friday, September 9th at 8PM ET.  This will include people like Sheryl Crow, The Dixie Chicks, Paul Simon, Neil Young, Jennifer Anniston, Ellen DeGeneres, Jack Nicholson, and Chris Rock.

A few, you say.  :)  Like all seven broadcast networks and a lot of other cable channels.  I'm assuming that it will be streamed somewhere.

No matter what channel, open up the wallets, folks.

Unless your channel happens to be airing a baseball game...like WWOR in NYC.  Watch them show it after the news.

If it helps those in need, I say kudos to GSN for joining this effort.  I don't mind one less Millionaire episode anyway.  Besides, I've seen most of those shows.
It's not like that show is "overexposed" or anything.  GSN deserves to give WWTBAM a "night" off at the 8 PM slot.
