There's a TV commercial for the game.  Wheel looks similar to the Showcase Showdown wheel.

So let me see if I've got this:  Canada has a game show called "The Big Spin" where you spin a wheel called "The Big Spin Wheel" that is blatantly the Big Wheel.

Pretty much.  It's a game show format pretty much but we don't get it as a specific "game show" - it just shows up now and then on Youtube.
