Title: GSN casting for two new Reality Shows
Post by: xavier45 on December 16, 2009, 10:57:35 AM
Looks like GSN is going back to 2004. They have picked up 2 more reality shows, Life At Stake and Bunco.

Here is the casting link for Life At Stake. (http://\"http://www.realitywanted.com/call/6255-life-at-stake-now-casting\")

Here is the link for Bunco. (http://\"http://www.realitywanted.com/call/6224-casting-for-new-bunco-docu-series\")

Bunco?!?  Of all the possible dice games, they pick the one that has absolutely no skill or play-along factor whatsoever?  Now, I will admit that it's fun to play in the right group, but watching it?  I think I'll return to the paint drying on my wall...

No skill I'll grant you. Ironically, it has a huge play-along factor.

Good lord, I won't. :) Even in the right group, you could be playing something marginally more interesting like Farkle instead.

It does? "Come on, twos!" is what passes for play-along factor these days? Is this what we as Americans have reduced ourselves to? That's about a step from the zany fun of Ow, My Balls!

I thought that was called America's Funniest Home Videos.

/I said it before, and I'll say it again: Tom Bergeron Rules.

In reading the Bunco one, it looks like they're doing a show about a bunco group, not making a bunco game show.  I know that's no improvement.

Didn't GSN already try Games Across America?
