Per Buzzer (http://\"http://buzzerblog.flashgameshows.com/gsn-radio-starts-monday/\"), GSN Radio begins this Monday, streaming online at GSN.com from 1 PM to 5 PM ET.  

The hosts for the four hour interactive game block?  Bob Goen and Marianne Curan.

The payout for most games is a fairly modest $100, but some specialty games pay $1,000 and up. It's like an early episode of PlayMania but better: the games are fast moving and fun, and the host banter is quite entertaining. The only thing that's a bit repetitive are the same ads for ClearEyes (wow.),  Imagination DVD games and GSN programs, but I'm sure variety will increase. Nevertheless, the games are fun to listen to you even if you're not playing and it's not a bad way to "waste" four hours of the afternoon.

I actually did a search on this after the fact, and TvRandy said it would be coming to XM/Sirius soon. The syndication thing would definitely be good for the tv network also. Maybe they could get their ratings out the dumper.

Goen his wife did a great job. I listened to a bit of this the other day, but he's hilarious! Telling a teacher to take the laptop to school so they could listen!(I guess the students also?)

I haven't gotten around to listening, but a post at one of GSN's forums mentioned Imagination's "LINGO" DVD game.  I was curious if it was just a product mention during an ad, or if they were giving away copies during one of the games?

Nope. Simply just in the ad. They're also advertising a yet-to-be-existent cash game version of The Price is Right on GSN.com.

Some of their games are really tough! That one with the celebrity voices, 5 of them, in the span of 5 seconds, isn't easy. But somebody did hit the grand already, nice......

Makes the GSN Live games look like Mickey Mouse ones.
