I didn't get the exact lyrics, but finally they altered that annoying tune they've had all summer. I wonder what the heck they have planned for the fall?

You know, this isn't even the *first* time that GSN has based promos around songs:

Man, "Mars" isn't capitalized in the Match Game spot. The commercial's only turn-off.

Guide_Angel posted on the GSN Boards that GSN will end this horrible "Catch A Game" campaign on Sunday. Let's see what they replace it with.

Maybe it's because I just watch a few of the older shows (Match Game, Password, B&W overnight) but it hasn't bothered me that much.
But if they continue running that until it gets below zero here in Wisconsin, footwear and screen may collide.

I don't see any problem with them continuing to run it for another three weeks. :-)
...then again, I'm currently sitting a whopping three blocks south of the Illinois/Wisconsin border, so maybe I shouldn't be too quick with the mocking.

They don't bother me at all.
Then again, I liked the kareoke promos from 2001, so I may not be the best judge...

It's one of the least annoying things that ends up on my DVD's for a split second going into commercial. However, the graphic has too often covered up passwords (on P+) and the fourth row (on NYSI) coming out of commercial.
